Together to the «Gravel Ride and Race»
The Gravel Ride & Race is heading into its sixt edition! The biggest Swiss gravel event will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2024, in Bern, Switzerland. This year we have a special offering for clubs, companies and bike stores! We are offering an experience where the focus is on participation and sharing the experience. A great opportunity to strengthen your team spirit and tackle the course together!
The great thing about the “Gravel Ride and Race” is that everyone can take part, whether you’re on a gravel, cyclocross or mountain bike, you can still take part! The majority of the course is gravel, but there are also short asphalt and trail sections, not to mention stairs where you have to carry your bike for a short time. At the last edition, more then 800 cycling enthusiasts took part and turned Saturday afternoon into a true cycling festival.
There will be a separate ranking for groups. Teams will be ranked based on the average speeds of their team members. Teams with four participants and more the teams will be included in a separate group ranking. This way, friends, work and club colleagues can measure themselves against each other. Take part in the “Gravel Ride and Race” together and create an unforgettable experience. The following prizes will be awarded:
- Team with the highest average speed
- Team with the lowest average speed
- Team with the smallest range of average speeds
There are various options for group registration:
1. each participant registers him/herself, noting the same name for the team:

2. you appoint a group admin and he/she creates an account for your group/club. The group admin registers all people him/herself:

3. you appoint a group admin and he/she sends a registration link to all group members. The “self-registration link” will be displayed after the group has been created.

In cases 2 and 3, the admin can manage all registrations him/herself. Collection is also handled by the group admin.
