At the Allianz Gravel Ride & Race Bern, Switzerland’s largest gravel event, there is now a starting option for adults and children who want to pedal together. The «VCS Family Ride» combines gravel riding fun, discovery, race feeling and cleverness. The focus is 100 percent on participating together and having fun.
In cooperation with VCS, we are launching a fourth, new format at Allianz Gravel Ride & Race. This will create a platform where adults and children/young people can enjoy an unforgettable gravel experience together.
Fun and experience are in the foreground
Although there is a time measurement and the unforgettable arrival at the finish line is waiting at the end of the route, the focus is on something else: On the way there are four quiz stations, which are waiting for the families with exciting and tricky questions on the topic of mobility. At the VCS booth at the finish line, families can check whether they have answered all the questions correctly. Families who have answered (almost) all questions correctly will receive great rewards.
