What a day! On Saturday, 17 October, the vonRoll site in Bern once again became the meeting point for the gravel community. Riders battled it out for the first-ever Swiss Gravel Championship titles, while the Ride offered a chance to enjoy the route without the pressure of the clock. The Family Ride and Kids Gravel brought the youngest cycling fans onto the course, too. Add a packed expo featuring bikes and the latest innovations, street food and a varied programme of activities off the bike, and there was something for everyone. Even the brief showers during the awards ceremonies failed to dampen the atmosphere.
In short, it was gravel for all generations. And that is exactly what makes this festival special. Thank you for being part of it and making Gravel Festival Bern what it is!
We are already looking forward to the next edition – and it will be a special one: in 2027, Gravel Festival Bern celebrates its tenth edition.
